Calf Meat (many parts are edible)
Pork Ground Balls
Hong Kong Dinner:
Steamed Pork with Cabbage
Fish, Chicken and Cabbage in sauce
Watercress
Hong Kong Lunch:
Duck
BBQ Pork
Breaded Fish, Bean Curd and mushrooms
Spinach and Pork Soup
Chinese Broccoli
Bean, Rice and Tarrot Sweet Soup for dessert
