Just checking to see if anyone is coming to this site! Here is a picture of one of Kenton's meals in China - fried pigeon! The scary thing is, they are required to eat it with plastic gloves on. Now tell me why?

Family of 4 out for a stroll, while Rice delivery man steals the show

Report from China #1
Tuesday at rush hour a cute family of 4 was strolling along on Kueng Goo Foo Street in midtown Shenzhen, while roving reporter Kendon Choi Yuk Cheng snaps a photo of the cute little family traveling home on their electric/pedal powered scooter. But the family was upstaged by slow moving Rice Delivery man Gong Ye Yuen. Traffic was unbearably impossible so no voice reports were available from the Shenzhen Citizens. (You would not have been able to understand them anyway!)
Report filed by Reporter Kendon Choi Yuk Cheng.

Hong Kong Dinner Menu for Sunday
Here is what I had for Sunday Dinner:
It was a restaurant with food from Stevens native area, Chiu Chow.
- Meat sauce made into Jello, cold with chunks of beef in it.
- Goose.
- Hot pepper pig stomach soup.
- Beans and EEL.
- Small chunks of chicken with peppers and olive.
- Beef and sour melon.
- EEL and mushrooms.
- Bacon, cabbage and mushrooms.
- Dessert, Tarrot fried in onions then coated with a sugar crust.
- Dessert, Sweet green bean soup.
It was very nice.
The driving range has golf balls that float because you have to hit the balls over the lake and most people dont hit that far. (that way then can collect them all).

Hello Fam from Shenzhen China
Hello, I am in Shenzhen
We have had 2 days of great work and food, with emphasis on food.
With Steven, work is important but food is a close second in importance.
We finished designing the new splash pan for Boss, and we went through all the things that need to be corrected or taken care of in a day long meeting and work.
Things are getting better and better for the work at the factory.
It is always fun and funny to line up all the employees in a line and give a speech to them to talk with them about the good work they are doing and to remind them about things they should do while working on the wheels. They are so shy and they laugh and giggle especially when I make sure to shake their hands on by one. The manager supervisor Miss Lin is very funny and now she always runs to me to give me a hug. Before she was so shy.
The loved the T shirts from San Diego! Big hit Shauna. How will we top it for next time?
Dinner was interesting.
1. Pickled Beans and Sour Tofu
2. Crocodile Soup. Yes a cross section of the tail portion of the crocodile. Bland and simple flavor, yes, like chicken.
3. Wild chicken, the whole thing, with the head in the bowl. This was the best flavor of chicken just about I have had before.
4. Bean Curd squares with chunks of Pork in the middle.
5. Tofu and Beef.
6. BBQ pork
7. Fish Gullets, celery and onions with peppers.
8. Desert, sugar glazed pototo, turnip, and the purple pototo from Hawaii I cant remember the name Tyler help me?
9. Sliced Oranges
Pretty amazing right?
Today is Sunday. We are staying in Shenzhen and we will do some sight seeing for the first time except when Dan and Ty were here. One day to relax. Then we are going to Guangzhou tomorrow.
Every time here is amazing.
I love you all.
